32-bit and 64-bit GPIB drivers for Windows

This page contains the GPIB Driver Installation Programs for ICS's GPIB Controllers

Do not use these drivers in systems with another company's GPIB Controllers! It will over-write their GPIB-32.DLL.

Use the Table below to select the appropriate IEEE-488.2 compatible GPIB Driver for your GPIB Controller. Always follow the detailed instructions in your GPIB Controller's Instruction Manual to complete the installation.

When you have a choice of using two drivers for your operating system, pick the latest driver as it has additional features that may be important to future Windows updates.

For the 8065 go to the VXI-11 Support page. The 4895 does not have a driver; use the M95_kybd program to test the Model 4895.
