ICS's LAN to GPIB Gateway (or Ethernet to GPIB
Controller) connects easily to your computer's Ethernet port, company network or to the Internet. The 8065 does not require special drivers and is compatible with the following
systems:
ICS's 8065 uses VXI-11 RPC calls for secure communication with virtually any computer. Easily programmed on a PC by making VISA calls or on a MAC/UNIX/LINUX computer with RPC calls. Special drivers are not required. See our extensive Application Notes or download our VXI-11 Tutorial or a copy of the VXI-11 Specification for more information about the VXI-11 Standard. |
||
CAUTION: National Instruments VISA 5.2 contains a flaw that prevents it from working properly with VXI-11 GPIB Gateways from Agilent and ICS Electronics. Use an earlier version of NI VISA or install Agilent VISA as the primary VISA on your Test System. |
