ICS SALES POLICY

If you have questions about the suitability of an ICS product for your application, please contact ICS Support to discuss your application with an engineer. We want you to be satisfied when you buy an ICS product. You may also try an ICS product for a 30-day evaluation period.

30-day, no-charge evaluation

Most ICS products may be ordered on a 30-day, no-charge evaluation basis to verify that it works in the customer's application. At the end of the 30-day period, the customer can either return the product to ICS, freight prepaid, or convert the no-charge Purchase Order into a billable order. Evaluation Purchase Orders are accepted from companies with established accounts or with a back-up company credit card. To Place Standard Orders

Orders for e-commerce products (identified on our site with an "Add-To-Cart" button or sold through the Google Store), may be ordered on line, using the listed payment methods. Credit cards are processed through a credit card processing company's secure server. Credit card numbers are not stored on ICS servers. For all other products or for quantity discounts, please contact ICS at +1-925-416-1000 or call our toll free number 1-800-952-4499 . A "hard copy" purchase order may be required for all items purchased on an open account.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Individuals or companies can pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card or prepay by check. We also welcome the use of ACH bank transfers. Credit cards are not charged until the order has shipped. ICS Electronics extends Net 30 days terms to established commercial accounts.

Order Shipment

Most orders are shipped from San Jose, California but some products may be shipped from Pleasanton, California. Both locations are only 20 miles apart and will have negligible affect on your shipping charge. Shipping for on-line orders is quoted out of San Jose, California and includes paid shipping and handling charges. Orders placed with ICS Electronics' Customer Service Department have more flexibility and can be shipped on the customer's shipping account.

ICS Electronics tries to maintain in-stock status on all products sold on-line and especially for those products sold in the Google Store. Occasionally a product may be out of stock for a short period of time. The customer will be notified with one working day if an item purchased is out of stock and its expected shipping date. At that time, the customer may withdraw the order at no penalty.

Product Warranty

ICS Electronics warrants its products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. If any item purchased from ICS Electronics becomes defective due to normal usage during the period of the warranty, ICS Electronics, at its' sole discretion, will either repair or replace the defective item. If during the warranty period it becomes necessary to return an item for repair or replacement, the customer must obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department. International customers must contact their distributor for instructions on returning the product for repair.

30 Day Return Period

A customer may return any standard product for full credit during the first 30-days after delivery if the product fails to live up to its specification or perform as expected. Returned products must be free of any damage and include all accessory items in good condition or the customer will be charged a refurbishment charge. To return an item for repair or replacement, the customer must obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department. International customers must contact their distributor for instructions on returning the product. Products ordered incorrectly may be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Product Repair

ICS Electronics will repair a product that has stopped working for a minimum of 5 years after the product's last production date. To return an item for repair or replacement, the customer must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain an RMA number and repair cost estimate. International customers must contact their distributor for instructions on returning the product. Products must be returned freight prepaid.
